1. 100% Risk-Free Full Refund (Pre-Development):

Your trust is our greatest asset. At WEBNYX, we offer a 100% full refund guarantee if you change your mind for any reason before the actual web development or technical coding phase begins. We believe in building partnerships based on mutual excitement; if you are not ready to move forward before we deploy our technical resources, you get every cent back.

2. Service Commencement & Non-Refundability:

At WEBNYX, we allocate expert human resources and technical tools immediately upon project kickoff. Therefore, once the design or development phase has officially commenced, the initial setup fee is non-refundable. This ensures that our developers and creative team are fairly compensated for their professional time.

3. Advertising Budget (Ad Spend):

Any funds designated for third-party advertising platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads) are handled as a pass-through cost. These funds are strictly non-refundable as they are paid directly to the respective platforms. WEBNYX does not hold or profit from these specific advertising credits.

4. No-Lock-In Monthly Freedom:

At WEBNYX, we believe our results should keep you with us, not a legal contract. All our management and support subscriptions are month-to-month. You are never locked into a long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a simple 15-day notice before your next billing cycle. This ensures you only pay for the value you truly receive.

5. Platform Disruption & Third-Party Actions:

WEBNYX is not liable for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or policy changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google). In the event of a platform-side disruption that is outside of our direct control, service fees remain non-refundable, as our strategic and management work has been performed.

6. Transaction & Administrative Fees:

In any instance where a partial refund is approved, all transaction fees (credit card processing fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount. WEBNYX only refunds the net amount received.

7. Refund Processing Procedure:

All refund requests must be submitted formally to our support team at support@webnyx.net . Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
